Our Story

North Point’s story is just beginning! We were founded in 2020 by a small group of people passionate about teens and committed to helping meet their needs. During the beginning, we have been focused on building bridges & relationships, forming partnerships, exploring possibilities, acquiring a space to call home, and renovating it into a safe space for teens.

North Point, Inc. is organized as a Christian non-profit 501 c(3), governed by a Board of Directors and led by an Executive Director.

Partnership

We have teamed up with TreeHouse as a resource for our vision. They have been serving teens since 1979, helping them build relationships and resiliency rooted in living hope. Based in the Twin Cities they have grown to serve teens and communities across the country.

  • Seeing a Need: Build relationships, one teen at a time.

  • Building a Structure: innovative curriculum that informs how we format our programs and provide support, accountability, and grace to the teens we serve.

  • Multiplying Potential: training and support.

GOALS

Establish healthy internal beliefs and skills.

  • Form healthy relationships with peers and mentors.

  • Build coping skills to navigate obstacles in life.

  • Move toward a stronger relationship with a loving God.

  • Discover personal value and purpose.

Display healthy external behaviors and attitudes.

  • Graduate high school.

  • Engage in an educational or career path after high school.

  • Decrease negative mental health symptoms.

  • Develop hope for their future.

When the internal beliefs & skills and external expressions can be seen in a teen’s life, we believe it will make a significant contribution to our community — unleashing untold potential for all of us.
