Hopelessness is becoming a defining story of this generation. That’s why North Point, in partnership with TreeHouse, is on a mission to being HOPE to teens in Cook County. Because we love teens & believe when they know their God-given value, it unleashes untold potential in their lives & our community.
Growth happens from the inside out.
We want to get to the root of what teens are dealing with. Through mentorship, support groups, off-site activities, and helping them plan for the future, we help teens form meaningful relationships and realize their true value. All of this happens in environments where teens feel safe and can be themselves and have fun.
When teens start believing what is true and possible, it changes everything.
Through grace-based programs and environments, we help teens learn to believe in their value and worth, their capabilities, and their potential. We are creating a safe environment for teens.
